Welcome to Classical Cool, an innovative music program for all ages, enabling participants to learn fascinating facts about composers in history while singing to their compositions at the same time.  They will become familiar with compositions from well-known composers, organized into six different periods of music history: 

(1) Medieval

(2) Renaissance             

(3) Baroque  

(4) Classical  

(5) Romantic

(6) Nationalistic/Impressionistic.

What makes Classical Cool unique is that fun, singable lyrics detailing facts about composers have been put to the music they have written, thereby enabling students to learn about the composers while simultaneously learning the melodies they have written.  The facts, accompanied by melodies, will be easily retained by those learning their songs.

The musical pieces in this hand-held 6" x 9" edition feature the melody only and have been arranged as closely as possible to fit average voices.  Many pieces include three or more melodies per composer with interludes facilitating transition to the next melody.  A quick fact sheet on each musical period and each composer is also included.

Four CD's with accompaniments are included.
